The company was established to carry out the general construction of residential buildings in Kuwait. It is capitalised at KWD 500,000 of paid-up capital and holds a commercial licence covering 23 construction activity lines, which lets a client place a building programme with a single licensed counterparty.
The business is engineering-led. Our Executive Director is a licensed engineer and is directly involved in the technical work, not only in commercial decisions — which is what made the second half of the company possible.

Executive Director
Eng. Ahmed El-Jales leads Concrete Co. as Executive Director and is the licensed engineer responsible for the company's technical output. He reviews every AI Construction Engineer deliverable before it is sent to a client, and is the direct point of contact for construction enquiries and work orders alike.
The AI product line
Why a contractor built an AI engineering service.
The engineering documentation a construction business runs on — take-offs, submittals, method statements, specification reviews — consumes an enormous share of an engineer's week, and almost none of it is the part that needs an engineer's judgement. It needs an engineer's verification.
So we split the two. MCP-based AI agents, driving frontier AI models together with engineering tooling, do the production work. A licensed engineer verifies and signs the result. That is AI Construction Engineer, and we now offer it to other contractors and consultancies as a service.
We built it because we needed it ourselves, which is also why the intake is WhatsApp rather than a portal: it is where construction work actually gets discussed.
Where it stands today: AI Construction Engineer is already delivering paid engineering work for a Kuwaiti client company, with more in progress.
How we operate
Principles we can be held to.
- An engineer approves everything. No deliverable reaches a client without review by a licensed engineer.
- We scope before we start. Deliverable, format, turnaround and price are agreed up front, and we decline work we cannot deliver to standard.
- Client work is confidential. We do not name clients or publish their work without written permission.
- Arabic and English, on Kuwait time. Both languages, local convention, GMT+3.
